Isbu Kullanici Sozlesmesi ("Sozlesme"), HizliOran proje/marka adi
altinda Programi isleten bagimsiz gelistirici veya gelistiriciler
(toplu olarak "HizliOran", "biz" veya "bizim") ile siz ("Kullanici")
arasinda yasal olarak baglayici bir sozlesmedir. "HizliOran" ifadesi
bir sirket, ticaret unvani veya tuzel kisi oldugu beyani degildir.
HizliOran Bot yazilimini,
script'lerini, eklentilerini ve ilgili materyallerini (toplu
olarak "Program") satin almanizi, indirmenizi, kurmanizi veya
kullanmanizi duzenler.

Programi satin alarak, indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak:
  - En az 18 yasinda oldugunuzu (veya kendi yargi alaninizdaki
    resit olma yasinda; hangisi daha yuksekse) onaylarsiniz;
  - Asagidaki tum sartlari okudugunuzu, anladiginizi ve kabul
    ettiginizi beyan edersiniz; ve
  - Bu Sozlesme ile herhangi bir sinirlama veya cekince
    olmaksizin bagli kalmayi kabul edersiniz.

Kabul etmiyorsaniz Programi satin almayin, indirmeyin, kurmayin
veya kullanmayin.

ONEMLI YEREL VE SUNUCU YEDEGI BILDIRIMI
  - Programin ana calisma veritabani cihazinizdaki hizlioran_botu.db
    dosyasidir. Bu dosya; kullandiginiz ozelliklere gore site hesap
    bilgileri, e-posta/uygulama parolalari, Telegram token ve oturum
    bilgileri, cookie'ler, oran kurallari, islem gecmisi ile
    cuzdan/seed/private-key bilgileri gibi hassas veriler icerebilir.
  - Lisans dogrulamasi sonrasinda Program, hizmet devamligi, destek,
    kurtarma ve lisansa bagli yedekleme amaclariyla bu yerel veritabani
    dosyasinin guncel bir kopyasini HizliOran sunucusuna otomatik olarak
    aktarabilir ve ayni lisansa ait onceki guncel kopyanin uzerine
    yazabilir. Aktarim ve koruma kosullari 10, 21 ve 45. maddelerde
    aciklanmistir.
  - Programi etkinlestirerek veya kullanmaya devam ederek bu veri
    akisinin kapsaminda bilgilendirildiginizi kabul edersiniz. Bu
    kosulu kabul etmiyorsaniz Programi kullanmayin. Veri haklari ve
    silme talepleri icin kayitli e-posta adresinizden
    admin@hizlioran.com adresine basvurabilirsiniz.

0. SATIN ALMA ONCESI ZORUNLU RISK BILDIRIMI /
   MANDATORY PRE-PURCHASE RISK NOTICE

0.1 Sonuc, kar, kazanc, kesintisiz calisma, hatasiz calisma,
    tespit edilmeme, ban yememe, hesap kisitlanmamasi, bakiye veya
    kazanc cekebilme ya da herhangi bir ucuncu taraf platformda
    sorunsuz kullanim garantisi verilmez.
0.2 Program bagimsiz, genel amacli teknik bir otomasyon aracidir.
    HizliOran herhangi bir hedef-platform islemini, finansal islemi,
    ucuncu taraf kurali ihlalini veya hukuka aykiri eylemi tesvik etmez,
    yonlendirmez ya da bu yonde reklam yapmaz. Programin hangi platform,
    ulke, hesap ve amacla kullanilacagina yalniz Kullanici karar verir.
0.2A Kullanici; bulundugu veya tabi oldugu her ulke/yargi alanindaki yas,
     erisim, otomasyon, hedef faaliyet, vergi, finans, veri ve internet
     kurallarini kullanmadan once kendisi arastirmali ve bunlara uymalidir.
     HizliOran Kullanicinin konumunu, uygulanacak hukuku veya belirli kullanim
     amacini tespit ya da denetleme taahhudu vermez.
0.3 Programin nerede, nasil, hangi hesaplarla ve hangi amacla
    kullanilacagina Kullanici tek basina karar verir. Bu kararlarin
    tum hukuki, mali, idari, cezai ve sozlesmesel sonuclari tamamen
    Kullaniciya aittir.
0.4 Hedef Platformlar otomasyon kullanimini tespit edebilir; hesabi
    kisitlayabilir, kapatabilir, banlayabilir, bakiyeyi veya kazanci
    dondurabilir, odemeyi reddedebilir veya kendi kurallari uyarinca
    baska yaptirimlar uygulayabilir. Bu riskleri Kullanici pesinen
    kabul eder.
0.5 Site guncellemeleri, guvenlik/anti-bot degisiklikleri, internet
    kesintisi, kullanici bilgisayari/VDS sorunu, hedef platform
    yogunlugu, hedef platform hata/limitleri veya teknik sebepler
    nedeniyle Program calismayi durdurabilir, gec kalabilir, hata
    verebilir veya firsat kacirabilir. Sonsuza kadar calisma veya
    her kosulda bakim/destek sozu verilmez.
0.5A Programdaki otomatik hedef-platform islemi ve otomatik yatirim ozellikleri,
     uygulanan guvenlik kontrollerine ragmen hatali veya istenmeyen
     islem gerceklestirebilir. Yanlis etkinlik, pazar, secim, oran,
     islem tutari veya zamanlama; yanlis/eksik/fazla transfer tutari;
     yanlis coin/token, ag veya adres secimi ve gecikmis, yinelenen ya
     da basarisiz islem riski vardir. Kullanici bu ozellikleri once
     kucuk tutarla denemeli ve her islemi bagimsiz olarak izlemelidir.
0.5B Bir Hedef Platformun alan adi, DNS kaydi, kisa linki, yonlendirme
      servisi, hosting/CDN hesabi, TLS sertifikasi veya web altyapisi ele
      gecirilebilir, taklit edilebilir ya da kotu niyetli bir adrese
      yonlendirilebilir. Program bunu her durumda guvenilir bicimde tespit
      edemez ve gercek site sandigi sahte/ele gecirilmis bir sayfaya
      kullanici adi, parola, OTP, cookie veya oturum bilgisi gonderebilir.
      Her site icin benzersiz bilgiler kullanin; domain degisikliklerini
      resmi kanallardan dogrulayin ve hesaplarda sinirli bakiye tutun.
0.5C Odenen bedel yalnizca Programin sinirli, geri alinabilir,
     devredilemez ve bu Sozlesmeye tabi kullanim lisansinin bedelidir.
     Kullanici; belirli bir sonuc, kazanc, islem basarisi, hatasiz
     otomasyon, kesintisiz hizmet, destek, guncelleme, uyumluluk, iade
     veya tazminat satin almadigini kabul eder. Emredici mevzuatin
     tanidigi vazgecilemez haklar disinda bu Sozlesme Kullaniciya ek
     bir garanti, iade, tazminat, basari veya hizmet hakki vermez.
0.5D Programla sunulan kurulum yardimcilari yonetici yetkisiyle
     calistirildiginda Windows Defender, guvenlik duvari, antivirus/EDR,
     SmartScreen veya benzeri sistem guvenligi ayarlarini degistirebilir;
     klasor/surec istisnasi ekleyebilir veya bazi korumalari devre disi
     birakmaya calisabilir. Bu, cihazin genel saldiri yuzeyini ve zararli
     yazilim riskini artirabilir. Guvenlik yazilimi da Programi yanlis
     pozitif olarak engelleyebilir, karantinaya alabilir veya silebilir.
     Kullanici komutlari calistirmadan once incelemeli, yalniz yetkili
     oldugu cihazda onaylamali, tercih ettigi korumalari geri acmali ve
     mumkunse Programi sinirli verili ayri bir cihaz/VDS'de kullanmalidir.
0.6 Emredici mevzuat ve Kullanicinin kanunen vazgecemeyecegi haklar
    sakli kalmak uzere; aktive edilmis, ifasina baslanmis veya teslim
    edilmis dijital lisanslarda site guncellemesi, ban, hesap
    kisitlamasi, hedef platformun odeme yapmamasi, Kullanici sistemi,
    beklentinin karsilanmamasi veya benzeri Kullanici/ucuncu taraf
    kaynakli nedenlerle iade yapilmaz. Kanunen zorunlu bir iade varsa
    ilgili mevzuat ve satin alma anindaki bilgilendirme uygulanir.
0.7 Uye olarak, satin alarak, lisans anahtari aktive ederek, Programi
    indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak bu risk bildirimini ve
    Sozlesmenin tamamina bagli olmayi kabul etmis sayilirsiniz.
0.8 HizliOran; uyelik, satin alma, lisans aktivasyonu, sozlesme
    onayi, IP, cihaz, tarayici ve islem kayitlarini delil ve guvenlik
    amaciyla tutabilir.

0.1 No guarantee is provided for results, profit, winnings, continuous
    operation, error-free operation, non-detection, avoiding bans,
    avoiding account restrictions, withdrawing balances/winnings, or
    uninterrupted use on any third-party platform.
0.2 The Program is an independent, general-purpose technical automation
    tool. HizliOran does not encourage, advertise, direct, or induce any
    Target-Platform transaction, financial action, third-party-rule
    violation, or unlawful act. Only the User decides the platform,
    country, accounts, purpose, and manner of use.
0.3 The User alone decides where, how, with which accounts, and for
    what purpose the Program is used. All legal, financial,
    administrative, criminal, and contractual consequences of those
    decisions belong solely to the User.
0.2A Before use, the User must independently identify and comply with all
     age, access, automation, target-activity, tax, financial, data, and
     internet rules in every applicable country or jurisdiction. HizliOran
     does not undertake to detect or monitor the User's location, applicable
     law, or intended purpose.
0.4 Target Platforms may detect automation use, restrict or close an
    account, ban an account, freeze balances or winnings, refuse
    payment, or apply other sanctions under their own rules. The User
    accepts these risks in advance.
0.5 Site updates, security/anti-bot changes, internet issues, User
    computer/VDS issues, Target Platform congestion, platform errors,
    limits, or other technical reasons may cause the Program to stop,
    delay, fail, or miss opportunities. No promise is made that the
    Program will work forever or be supported under every condition.
0.5A Despite the safeguards applied, automated Target-Platform actions and
     automated deposit features may perform an erroneous or unintended action.
     Risks include the wrong event, market, selection, odds, stake, or
     timing; an incorrect, insufficient, or excessive transfer amount;
     the wrong coin/token, network, or address; and delayed, duplicated,
     or failed transactions. The User must first test these features
     with a small amount and independently monitor every transaction.
0.5B A Target Platform's domain, DNS record, short link, redirect service,
      hosting/CDN account, TLS certificate, or web infrastructure may be
      compromised, impersonated, or redirected to a malicious destination.
      The Program cannot reliably detect every such event and may submit a
      username, password, OTP, cookie, or session data to a page it mistakes
      for the genuine site. Use unique credentials for each site, verify
      domain changes through official channels, and keep balances limited.
0.5C The amount paid is solely the fee for a limited, revocable,
     non-transferable license to use the Program subject to this
     Agreement. The User acknowledges that no specific result, profit,
     successful transaction, error-free automation, uninterrupted
     service, support, update, compatibility, refund, or compensation is
     purchased. Except for non-waivable rights granted by mandatory law,
     this Agreement grants no additional warranty, refund, compensation,
     success, or service right to the User.
0.5D Installation helpers supplied with the Program may, when run with
     administrator privileges, change Windows Defender, firewall,
     antivirus/EDR, SmartScreen, or similar system-security settings; add
     folder/process exclusions; or attempt to disable protections. This may
     increase the device's attack surface and malware risk. Security software
     may also falsely block, quarantine, or delete the Program. The User must
     review commands before execution, approve them only on an authorized
     device, restore desired protections, and preferably use a separate
     device/VDS holding only limited data and funds.
0.6 Subject to mandatory law and non-waivable User rights, no refund
    is provided for an activated, commenced, or delivered digital
    license due to site updates, bans, account restrictions, Target
    Platform non-payment, User systems, unmet expectations, or similar
    User/third-party causes. Any legally required refund is handled
    under applicable law and the pre-purchase disclosure.
0.7 By registering, purchasing, activating a license key, downloading,
    installing, or using the Program, you accept this risk notice and
    the full Agreement.
0.8 HizliOran may keep records of registration, purchase, license
    activation, agreement acceptance, IP, device, browser, and
    transaction data for evidence and security purposes.

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract
between the independent developer or developers operating the Program
under the HizliOran project/brand name (collectively "HizliOran",
"we", "us", or "our") and you ("User"). Use of the name HizliOran
does not represent that it is a company, trade name, or legal entity.
This Agreement governs your purchase, download, installation, or use
of the HizliOran Bot software, scripts, plug-ins, and
related materials (collectively, the "Program").

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Program you:
  - confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of
    majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher);
  - have read, understood, and accepted all terms below; and
  - agree to be bound by this Agreement without limitation or
    qualification.

If you do not agree, do not purchase, download, install, or use
the Program.


1. TANIMLAR / DEFINITIONS

1.1  "Program" – HizliOran Bot ile birlikte otomasyon
     script'leri, GUI, yardimci araclar (vds_setup.bat vb.) ve
     HizliOran tarafindan dagitilan tum modulleri ifade eder.
1.2  "Hizmetler" – Programin dagitildigi veya desteklendigi
     hizlioran.com web siteleri, Telegram kanallari, destek
     kanallari veya diger platformlar.
1.3  "Anonim Odeme" – Geri donusu olmayan ve kisisel olarak
     tanimlanamayan araclarla yapilan odeme (orn. kripto para,
     yeniden yuklenemeyen hediye kartlari).
1.4  "Hedef Platform" – Programin teknik olarak etkilesim
     kurdugu herhangi bir ucuncu taraf cevrimici platformu
     (toplu olarak EveryMatrix tabanli operatorler).
1.5  "Kisisel Kullanim" – Programin, sahibi veya kontrolu sizde
     olan donanim uzerinde, size ait kimlik bilgileri ile ve
     kendi hesap aktiviteniz icin calistirilmasi.
1.6  "Isleten" veya "Gelistirici" – Programi HizliOran proje/marka
     adi altinda bagimsiz olarak gelistiren, lisanslayan veya isleten
     gercek kisi ya da kisiler. Bu tanim tuzel kisilik iddiasi degildir.
1.7  "Ozel Oran Botu" – Desteklenen veri akislarini izleyen, Kullanici
     tarafindan belirlenen kurallari degerlendiren ve ayri teknik
     yetkilendirme kapsaminda otomatik hedef-platform islemi deneyebilen
     Program ozelligi.
1.8  "Kod Botu" – Merkezi olarak dagitilan kodlari secili hesaplarda
     kullanmayi deneyen; Kullanici ayri ayarlari acarsa ucretsiz donusleri
     ve ucretli 1x bonus cevrimini otomatiklestirebilen, ayri teknik
     yetkilendirmeye tabi Program ozelligi.

1.1  "Program" – HizliOran Bot, including its automation
     scripts, GUI, supplementary tools (vds_setup.bat, etc.) and
     any modules distributed by HizliOran.
1.2  "Services" – hizlioran.com websites, Telegram channels, support
     channels, or other platforms through which the Program is
     distributed or supported.
1.3  "Anonymous Payment" – A payment made through non-reversible,
     non-personally-identifiable means (e.g., cryptocurrency,
     non-reloadable gift cards).
1.4  "Target Platform" – Any third-party online platform with
     which the Program technically interacts (collectively
     EveryMatrix-based operators).
1.5  "Personal Use" – Running the Program on hardware you own or
     control, with credentials belonging to you, for your own
     account activity.
1.6  "Operator" or "Developer" – The individual person or persons
     independently developing, licensing, or operating the Program
     under the HizliOran project/brand name. This definition does not
     claim or imply separate legal personality.
1.7  "Special Odds Bot" – A Program feature that monitors supported data
     feeds, evaluates User-defined rules, and may attempt automated
     Target-Platform actions under a separate technical authorization.
1.8  "Code Bot" – A separately authorized Program feature that attempts
     to apply centrally distributed codes to selected accounts and, only
     when separately enabled by the User, may automate free rounds and
     paid 1x bonus turnover.


2. KISMI SON KULLANICI LISANS KOSULLARI (EULA) /
   LIMITED END-USER LICENSE TERMS (EULA)

2.1 HizliOran, size yalnizca sahibi veya kontrolu sizde olan
    donanim uzerinde Kisisel Kullanim icin, lisans planiniz ve
    teknik yetkilendirmeler izin verdigi olcude Programi indirip
    kullanmaniz amaciyla kisisel, munhasir olmayan, devredilemez,
    geri alinabilir ve sinirli bir lisans verir.

2.1A Ozel Oran Botu ve Kod Botu birbirinden bagimsiz ucretli urun ve
     teknik yetkilendirmelerdir. Bir urunun lisansi digeri icin erisim
     hakki vermez. Her ozellige erisim, HizliOran sunucusundan alinan
     guncel ve imzali teknik yetkilendirmenin acikca o ozellige izin
     vermesine baglidir. Iki yetki birlikte aktifse iki urun ayni Program
     icinde eszamanli kullanilabilir.

2.2 Yasak Eylemler (ornek niteliginde, sinirlayici olmayan):
    a. Programi, lisans anahtarlarini veya DB/seed/private-key
       dosyalarinizi paylasmak, odunc vermek, kiralamak, alt
       lisanslamak, yeniden satmak, dagitmak veya alenen
       yayinlamak.
    b. Vazgecilemez kanun ile izin verilen haller disinda tersine
       muhendislik yapmak, derlemeyi cozmek, sifreleri kirmak,
       degisiklik yapmak veya turev eserler olusturmak.
    c. Telif hakki, ticari marka veya mulkiyet bildirimlerini
       kaldirmak veya gizlemek.
    d. Programi size ait olmayan kimlik bilgileri veya hesaplar
       ile kullanmak.
    e. Programi, hizmet sartlarini ihlal etmeyi kabul ettiginiz
       platformlara karsi calistirmak.

2.3 HizliOran'un Ucuncu Taraf Platform Sartlarina iliskin Tutumu.
    2.3.1 HizliOran, Programi herhangi bir ucuncu taraf Hizmet
          Sartlarini ihlal etmek icin bir arac olarak
          tasarlamaz, pazarlamaz veya tanitmaz.
    2.3.2 Program, Kullanici'nin acik talebi dogrultusunda yalnizca
          teknik nitelikte bir otomasyon yazilimi olarak gelistirilmis
          ve teslim edilmistir.
    2.3.3 Hedef Platformun Kullanicinin hesabi ile ilgili tum
          sonuclari (askiya alma, kapatma, bakiye dondurma,
          hukuki veya cezai islem) tamamen Kullaniciya aittir.

2.4 Lisans Baglama ve Sifirlama. Lisanslar donanim
    tanimlayicinizla (HWID) baglanir. Sinirli sayida HWID
    sifirlamasi HizliOran'un takdirine bagli olarak
    https://hizlioran.com uzerinden sunulabilir, donem
    basina sinirli olabilir ve islem ucreti gerektirir. Baglamayi
    atlatma girisimleri lisans iptaline yol acabilir.
2.5 Program satilmaz; yalnizca bu Sozlesmeye tabi sinirli kullanim
    hakki verilir. Program, kaynak kod, marka, arayuz, dokumantasyon
    ve bunlara iliskin fikri mulkiyet haklari Kullaniciya devredilmez.
2.6 Guncellemeler Programin davranisini, ozelliklerini, veri bicimini,
    teknik gereksinimlerini veya uyumlulugunu degistirebilir. Emredici
    mevzuat sakli kalmak uzere eski surumler desteklenmeyebilir ya da
    guvenlik ve uyumluluk nedenleriyle kullanima kapatilabilir.
2.7 Programla birlikte dagitilan ucuncu taraf bilesenler kendi lisans
    kosullarina tabidir. Bu lisans, Hedef Platformlar veya diger ucuncu
    taraf urun ve hizmetleri uzerinde herhangi bir hak vermez.
2.8 Bu bolum, Sozlesmenin ayrilmaz bir parcasi olan kismi bir son
    kullanici lisans sozlesmesidir (EULA). Sozlesmenin diger risk,
    gizlilik, odeme, fesih ve sorumluluk hukumleriyle birlikte uygulanir;
    emredici ve vazgecilemez mevzuat hukumleri saklidir.

2.1 HizliOran grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
    revocable, limited license to download and use the Program solely
    for Personal Use on hardware you own or control, to the extent
    allowed by your license plan and technical authorization.

2.1A The Special Odds Bot and Code Bot are independent paid products and
     technical authorizations. A license for one does not grant access to
     the other. Access to each feature requires a current signed technical
     authorization from the HizliOran server that expressly permits that
     feature. When both authorizations are active, both products may run
     concurrently within the same Program.

2.2 Prohibited Actions (illustrative, not exhaustive):
    a. Sharing, lending, renting, sublicensing, reselling,
       distributing, or publicly posting the Program, license
       keys, or your DB/seed/private-key files.
    b. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, decrypting, modifying,
       or creating derivative works, except where permitted by
       non-waivable law.
    c. Removing or obscuring copyright, trademark, or proprietary
       notices.
    d. Using the Program with credentials or accounts that are
       not yours.
    e. Operating the Program against platforms whose terms of
       service you have agreed to violate.

2.3 HizliOran Position on Third-Party Platform Terms.
    2.3.1 HizliOran does not design, market, or promote the Program
          as a tool to violate any third-party Terms of Service.
    2.3.2 The Program is built on user request; technical
          automation only.
    2.3.3 Any consequences from a Target Platform regarding the
          User's account (suspension, closure, withholding of
          balance, civil or criminal action) fall solely on the
          User.

2.4 License Binding & Resets. Licenses are bound to your hardware
    identifier (HWID). Limited HWID resets may be offered at
    HizliOran's discretion via https://hizlioran.com, may be
    capped per period, and require a processing fee. Attempts to
    bypass binding may result in revocation.
2.5 The Program is licensed, not sold. Only the limited right of use
    stated in this Agreement is granted. No ownership in the Program,
    source code, branding, interface, documentation, or related
    intellectual property is transferred to the User.
2.6 Updates may change Program behavior, features, data formats,
    technical requirements, or compatibility. Subject to mandatory
    law, older versions may become unsupported or unavailable for
    security and compatibility reasons.
2.7 Third-party components distributed with the Program remain subject
    to their own license terms. This license grants no rights in Target
    Platforms or other third-party products and services.
2.8 This section is a limited end-user license agreement (EULA) and an
    integral part of the Agreement. It applies together with all other
    risk, privacy, payment, termination, and liability provisions;
    mandatory and non-waivable law remains reserved.


3. TESLIMAT VE KABUL / DELIVERY & ACCEPTANCE

3.1 Program dijital bir maldir. Teslimat (i) bir lisans anahtari
    duzenlendiginde, (ii) hesaba/HWID'ye erisim verildiginde veya
    (iii) sunucu kayitlarimiz basarili bir aktivasyon
    kaydettiginde - hangisi once gerceklesirse - tamamlanmis
    sayilir.
3.2 Teslimat sonrasi Programa erisip kullanmaniz, alindigini
    onayladiginiz ve urunun teslim edildigini kabul ettiginiz
    anlamina gelir.

3.1 The Program is a digital good. Delivery is deemed completed
    when (i) a license key is issued, (ii) access is granted to
    the account/HWID, or (iii) our server logs record a successful
    activation – whichever occurs first.
3.2 By accessing or using the Program after delivery, you
    acknowledge receipt and accept that the product has been
    delivered.


4. IFA DELILI / EVIDENCE OF PERFORMANCE

4.1 Herhangi bir uyusmazlikta, HizliOran tarafindan tutulan sunucu
    kayitlari, lisans aktivasyon kayitlari, odeme ekran

5. ISLEMLERIN SORUMLULUGU / LIABILITY OF TRANSACTIONS

5.1 Tum islemler kendi sorumlulugunuzdadir. Programi satin

5.3 Otomatik yatirim; yanlis, eksik veya fazla tutar; yanlis coin/token,
    ag veya adres; gecikmis, yinelenen, reddedilen ya da basarisiz
    transfer sonucu dogurabilir. Kripto transferleri geri alinamayabilir.
    Programdaki adres, tutar, coin/ag, gunluk tekrar ve benzeri guvenlik
    kontrolleri riski azaltmak icindir; hatasiz islem garantisi degildir.
5.4 Kullanici, otomasyonu etkinlestirmeden once hesaplarini, kurallarini,
    hedef adresi, coin/token ve agi, tutari ve platform durumunu kontrol
    etmeli; ilk kullanimda kucuk limit/tutarla test etmeli; islemleri ve
    bakiyeleri izlemeli ve anormallik halinde otomasyonu durdurmalidir.
    Emredici mevzuat ve kanunen sinirlandirilamayan sorumluluklar sakli
    kalmak uzere, otomasyonu kullanma kararindan dogan mali risk
    Kullaniciya aittir.

    Kullanici kurallarini hic uygulamadan, eksik uygulayarak veya yanlis

    Beklenen ozel teklif disinda normal/canli, sanal, e-spor, uzun vadeli,
    oyuncu veya baska bir urun/pazar uzerinde istenmeyen islem yapmaya
    calisabilir ya da islemi tamamlayabilir.
5.6 Yeniden baglanma, yeniden baslatma, retry, kuyruk, onbellek, bayat veri,
    eszamanlilik veya hedef platform cevabi nedeniyle ayni islem/transfer
    gecikmis, yinelenen, birden fazla kez veya artik kapanmis bir teklif
    uzerinden gonderilebilir. Bir islem hedef platforma veya blokzincire
    iletildikten sonra Program islemi iptal veya geri alma garantisi vermez.
5.7 Otomatik yatirimda hedef platform veya odeme saglayicisi yanlis/gecici
    adres, tutar, para birimi, coin/token, token kontrati, ag, memo/tag,
    kur veya ucret bilgisi dondurebilir; Program da bu bilgiyi yanlis
    okuyabilir, hesaplayabilir veya uygulayabilir. Sonuc; eksik/fazla/yanlis
    varlik gonderimi, gas/komisyon kaybi, site bakiyesine yansimama veya

5.1 All transactions are conducted at your own risk. By
    purchasing or using the Program, you assume full
    responsibility for your actions, including any violation of
    laws, regulations, or third-party terms of service.
5.2 A software defect, stale or misinterpreted data, a Target Platform
    change, connection delay, price/exchange conversion, payment-provider
    behavior, or User configuration may cause an automated action to be
    performed incorrectly. This can include the wrong event, match,
    market, selection, odds, amount, or timing, and an unintended, missed,
    or duplicated Target-Platform action.
5.3 An automated deposit may use an incorrect, insufficient, or excessive
    amount; the wrong coin/token, network, or address; or result in a
    delayed, duplicated, rejected, or failed transfer. Cryptocurrency
    transfers may be irreversible. Address, amount, coin/network, daily
    duplicate, and similar safeguards reduce risk but do not guarantee an
    error-free transaction.
5.4 Before enabling automation, the User must verify accounts, rules,
    destination address, coin/token and network, amount, and platform
    status; test with small limits/amounts; monitor transactions and
    balances; and stop automation if anything appears abnormal. Subject
    to mandatory law and liabilities that cannot legally be limited, the
    financial risk arising from the decision to use automation belongs to
    the User.
5.5 User-defined odds/transaction rules, minimum/maximum odds, amount, site,
    account, market, and other filters are not a safety guarantee. The Program
    may fail to apply, incompletely apply, or misinterpret User rules and may
    submit an amount below or above the configured value. Outside the expected
    special offer, it may attempt or complete an unintended action on an
    ordinary/live, virtual, esports, futures, player-related, or different
    product or market.
5.6 A reconnect, restart, retry, queue, cache, stale data, concurrency issue,
    or Target Platform response may cause the same action or transfer to be
    submitted late, more than once, or after an offer has closed. Once an
    action reaches a Target Platform or blockchain, the Program does not
    guarantee cancellation, reversal, or recovery.
5.7 During an automated deposit, a Target Platform or payment provider may
    return an incorrect or temporary address, amount, currency, coin/token,
    token contract, network, memo/tag, rate, or fee; the Program may also
    read, calculate, or apply that information incorrectly. This can result
    in an insufficient, excessive, or wrong-asset transfer, gas/fee loss,
    failure to credit the site balance, or partial/complete and irreversible
    loss of cryptocurrency assets.
5.8 The User must not treat the Program as an unattended financial service;
    the User must keep site/wallet balances limited, use platform limits,
    independently verify every action, and must not enable automation if
    any described risk is unacceptable.
5.9 The Program may follow redirects while resolving a stored domain or an
    official short link. If a domain, DNS, registrar, hosting/CDN, TLS, or
    redirect account is compromised, a clone is deployed, or the genuine
    site serves malicious content, the Program may trust that destination
    and submit login or session data. A valid TLS lock or certificate alone
    does not prove that the genuine owner controls the site. HizliOran does
    not guarantee detection or prevention of every takeover, phishing, DNS
    hijack, supply-chain event, or fraudulent domain change. The User must
    use unique passwords and limited-scope e-mail app passwords per platform,
    monitor MFA/OTP and official domain notices, avoid credential reuse, and
    immediately stop automation and rotate credentials if anything is suspect.
5.10 The examples in this section are non-exhaustive. Additional known,
     unknown, or presently unforeseeable errors, outages, delays, unintended
     actions, and losses of data, sessions, funds, or assets may arise from the
     operating system, browser, drivers, device/VDS, clock, disk/RAM/CPU,
     electricity, internet, proxy/VPN, security software, malware, remote
     access, e-mail/SMS/OTP, captcha/Cloudflare, API/WAMP/RPC/WebSocket, data
     formats, caches, databases, queues, concurrency, exchange rates, gas/fees,
     blockchain, nodes/indexers, payment providers, Target Platforms,
     third-party libraries, updates, certificates, signatures, DNS/CDN/hosting,
     or human error. An unlisted risk does not constitute a warranty against it
     or an assumption of its consequences by HizliOran.
5.11 To the maximum extent legally waivable, the User knowingly and voluntarily
     accepts all residual risks of the Program. A person who does not understand,
     cannot monitor or limit, or does not accept those risks must not purchase,
     activate, run, or continue using the Program. The Program is not offered for
     use by anyone who rejects these conditions.
5.12 The Code Bot may miss, misread, alter, duplicate, or attempt to apply a
     code that is expired, exhausted, assigned to another account, or incompatible
     with account conditions. A code may be rejected or an unexpected bonus may
     be granted. When the User separately enables the relevant settings, the
     Program may start free rounds or paid 1x bonus turnover using an incorrect
     game, provider, round count, round amount, balance, or status; stop too early
     or too late; consume a bonus; cause financial loss; or leave turnover
     incomplete. Checkboxes, maximum round amount, cash/bonus balance separation,
     game validation, and other safeguards reduce risk but do not guarantee an
     error-free result. The User must choose each setting, keep limits low, and
     monitor initial use.


6. YASAKLAMA, CEZA VE HUKUKI ISLEM RISKI /
   RISK OF BANS, PENALTIES & LEGAL ACTION

6.1 You acknowledge that use of the Program may violate the
    End-User License Agreement (EULA) or Terms of Service of a
    Target Platform. You may be permanently banned, restricted,
    have your balance frozen, or face civil/criminal action.
6.2 HizliOran is not liable for account bans, hardware bans, data
    loss, withheld balances, revoked digital purchases, or any
    civil/criminal consequences stemming from your use or
    misuse of the Program.
6.3 Target Platform rules or applicable law may later restrict or prohibit
    automation. The User is responsible for monitoring such changes and
    immediately stopping the Program when required. Subject to mandatory
    law, HizliOran does not promise to adapt the Program, keep it working,
    bypass a prohibition/restriction, extend a license, or issue a refund
    because of such a change.


7. YONETICI TAKDIRI VE LISANS IPTALI /
   ADMIN DISCRETION & LICENSE REVOCATION

7.1 Subject to mandatory law, HizliOran may, at its discretion,
    restrict, suspend, revoke, or terminate an account, license, or
    Service for security, operational, legal-compliance, policy,
    risk-management, or business reasons. Urgent action involving
    security, fraud, reverse engineering, license bypass, or legal risk
    may be taken without prior notice or a detailed explanation.
7.2 Illustrative grounds for termination include, but are not
    limited to:
    - Sharing licenses, DB files, or seed phrases.
    - Excessive HWID reset abuse.
    - Credible complaints from third parties.
    - Payment disputes or charge-back attempts.
    - Harassment or disruptive conduct in our Services.
    - Attempts to crack or bypass licensing/HWID controls, reverse
      engineer, conduct MITM or traffic manipulation, abuse APIs,
      access source code without authorization, or disable safeguards.
7.3 Suspension During Investigation. HizliOran may temporarily
    suspend access while investigating suspected fraud or abuse.
    Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, time under suspension
    does not automatically entitle you to refunds or extensions.
7.4 HizliOran may remotely invalidate active sessions, license keys,
    API access, download/update access, and community invitations, and
    may prevent the Program from starting or continuing operations.


8. ODEME SARTLARI VE IADE YOK POLITIKASI /
   PAYMENT TERMS & NO-REFUND POLICY

8.1 Yalnizca Anonim Odemeler. Yalnizca Anonim Odeme yontemlerini

8.1 Anonymous Payments Only. We accept only Anonymous Payment
    methods (cryptocurrency, gift cards). You agree not to use
    reversible payment rails (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
8.2 Digital Service and Refunds. Subject to mandatory law and
    non-waivable consumer rights, activated, delivered, or commenced
    digital licenses are not refundable for causes outside HizliOran,
    including Target Platform updates, account bans, hardware locks,
    the User environment, or inability to use the Program. Cases where
    a refund is legally required remain unaffected.
8.3 Prices and Packages. The package, duration, currency, campaign,
    and price shown on the website and transaction confirmation at
    the time of purchase govern that purchase. Prices shown in older
    terms, notices, or screenshots create no right for future
    purchases. No pro-rata upgrade credit exists unless expressly stated.
8.4 Resellers. If you obtain the Program from an unauthorized
    reseller, HizliOran assumes no liability for keys, support,
    updates, or losses; your sole recourse is against that
    reseller.
8.5 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes. You agree not to initiate
    chargebacks or payment disputes for digital goods delivered
    as defined herein. Any dispute may result in immediate
    suspension of your license and Services pending resolution.
8.6 Unauthorized Transfers. Any resale, transfer, or sharing of
    licenses outside HizliOran-authorized channels is void. Such
    licenses may be blacklisted without refund or support.


9. GARANTI YOK, GUNCELLEME VE KULLANILABILIRLIK /
   NO GUARANTEE, UPDATES & AVAILABILITY

9.1 Programi yamamak, guncellemek veya bakimini yapmak

    sistemi degisiklikleri veya isletim sistemi degisiklikleri

    functionality.
9.3 Downtime, server outages, or technical issues may affect access.
    No uninterrupted service or specific SLA is promised. Rights
    arising under mandatory law remain unaffected.
9.4 The Program is a technical automation product developed and licensed
    in response to User demand; it is not a managed service, investment or
    transaction advice, custodial service, payment service, or supervised
    operation. The price does not include continuing technical support,
    remote installation, monitoring, maintenance, bug fixes, new features,
    adaptation, or a response-time commitment. HizliOran may provide these
    voluntarily and on a best-effort basis.
9.5 Depending on current configuration and User action, the Program,
    installer, or updater may check versions, download packages, and change
    files, settings, data formats, features, or behavior. An update may remove
    functionality or introduce regressions, incompatibility, interruption,
    data/settings loss, or new security risks. If a domain, DNS, hosting/CDN,
    TLS, signing key, update server, dependency, or distribution chain is
    compromised, an incorrect or malicious package may execute. Safeguards
    reduce risk but do not guarantee source, integrity, or harmlessness. The
    User must back up data, verify source and any available hash/signature,
    supervise the update, and stop if anything appears suspicious.


10. VERI TOPLAMA VE GIZLILIK / DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY

10.1 Islenen Veri Kategorileri. HizliOran; kullanici adi ve kayitli
     e-posta, lisans anahtari/durumu, HWID/cihaz tanimlayicilari, IP,
     user-agent/tarayici, Program surumu, oturum ve cevrimici durum,
     satin alma/bakiye/deposit kayitlari, Telegram hesap eslesmesi,
     destek ve hata raporlari, islem zamanlari ile guvenlik/audit
     kayitlarini hizmet, lisans dogrulama, guvenlik, dolandiricilik
     onleme, destek ve uyusmazlik yonetimi amaclariyla isleyebilir.
10.2 Yerel Veri Hassasiyeti. Programin ana calisma veritabani,
     Kullanicinin bilgisayarinda veya VDS'sinde bulunan
     hizlioran_botu.db dosyasidir. Bu dosya; kullanilan
     ozelliklere gore hedef platform kimlik bilgileri, e-posta
     adresi ve uygulama parolasi, Telegram ayarlari, oturum/cookie
     verileri, oran kurallari, islem gecmisi ve Trust Wallet
     seed/private-key bilgileri gibi son derece hassas veriler
     icerebilir.
10.3 Otomatik Lisans Yedegi. Lisans dogrulamasi tamamlandiginda
     Program, hizlioran_botu.db dosyasinin guncel ve butun bir
     kopyasini lisans anahtariyla iliskilendirerek HizliOran
     sunucusuna otomatik aktarabilir. Bu kopya 10.2'de sayilan hassas
     alanlari icerebilir ve ayni lisansin onceki guncel yedeginin
     uzerine yazilabilir. Bu lisansa bagli yedekleme veya senkronizasyon ozelligi;
     hizmet devamligi, kurtarma, destek,
     veri tasima/senkronizasyon altyapisi, lisans ve guvenlik denetimi
     amaclariyla tutulur.
10.4 Guvenlik Tedbirleri. Sunucuya aktarim TLS/HTTPS ile yapilir;
     istek ve yanitlar lisans/HWID baglaminda imzali dogrulamaya tabi
     tutulabilir. Desteklenen cihazlarda secili yerel sirlar isletim
     sistemine bagli koruma kullanabilir. Sunucu yedekleri halka acik
     web erisimine kapali, lisansa gore ayrilmis ve erisimi yetkili
     personelle sinirli alanlarda tutulur. Bu tedbirler tum alanlarin
     uctan uca veya her kosulda sifreli oldugu anlamina gelmez.
10.4A Yazilim, lisans dogrulamasi ve kendi butunlugunu korumak amaciyla

     olarak paylasilabilir; sunucular Kullanicinin ulkesi disinda
     bulunabilir. Yetkili makam talepleri ve hukuki yukumluluklar
     kapsamindaki aciklamalar saklidir.
10.8 Saklama ve Guvenlik Siniri. Veriler ilgili amac, lisans/hesap
     iliskisi, destek, guvenlik, fraud, muhasebe/odeme, uyusmazlik ve
     hukuki yukumluluk icin gerekli sureyle tutulabilir. Hicbir fiziksel
     veya teknik sistem mutlak guvenlik saglamaz; HizliOran makul ve
     orantili tedbirleri uygular ancak sifir risk garantisi vermez.
10.9 Kullanici veri isleme hakkinda bilgi, erisim, duzeltme, silme,
     yok etme veya anonimlestirme talebini, uygulanabilir mevzuatin

10.1 Data Categories. HizliOran may process username and registered
     e-mail, license key/status, HWID/device identifiers, IP,
     user-agent/browser, Program version, session/online status,
     purchase/balance/deposit records, Telegram-account linkage,
     support and error reports, timestamps, and security/audit records
     for service delivery, licensing, security, fraud prevention,
     support, and dispute management.
10.2 Local Data Sensitivity. The Program's primary working
     database is hizlioran_botu.db on the User's computer or VDS.
     Depending on enabled features, it may contain target-platform
     credentials, e-mail addresses and app passwords, Telegram
     settings, session/cookie data, rules, transaction history,
     and Trust Wallet seed/private-key information.
10.3 Automatic License Backup. After license validation, the Program
     may automatically send a current, complete copy of
     hizlioran_botu.db to HizliOran servers and associate it with the
     license key. The copy may contain the sensitive fields listed in
     10.2 and may overwrite the prior current backup for the same
     license. It is retained for service continuity, recovery, support,
     future migration/synchronization infrastructure, licensing, and
     security review.
10.4 Security Measures. Transfer to the server uses TLS/HTTPS;
     requests and responses may be signed and validated in the
     license/HWID context. Selected local secrets may use operating-
     system-bound protection on supported devices. Server backups are
     blocked from public web access, separated by license, and stored
     in access-restricted areas. These controls do not mean every field
     is end-to-end encrypted or encrypted under every condition.
10.4A To validate licensing and protect its own integrity, the software may
      verify its own distribution files, derive a device hardware identifier
      for license binding, and record locally whether a debugger is attached
      to its own process. These integrity checks do not scan other programs,
      files, or process memory on the device. The debugger observation is
      written only to the local log and is not sent as a new server data field.
10.5 The User is solely responsible for protecting
     hizlioran_botu.db, the Program folder, backups, and every
     device that can access them; applying appropriate passwords,
     access controls, operating-system security, and safe backup
     practices; and never sharing these files with third parties.
     Do not send the file to anyone, including persons claiming to
     provide support, or upload it to untrusted storage or chats.
10.6 Disclosure, theft, malware, weak VDS security, or unauthorized
     remote access may cause account takeover, wallet misuse,
     personal-data exposure, or financial loss. Subject to
     mandatory applicable law, losses caused by the User's failure
     to protect local files or devices cannot be attributed to
     HizliOran.
10.7 Sharing and Location. Data is not sold or rented. It may be
     shared on a purpose-limited basis with hosting, e-mail, security,
     payment, error-reporting, and technical service providers needed
     to operate the Service; servers may be outside the User's country.
     Disclosures required by competent authorities or law remain reserved.
10.8 Retention and Security Limits. Data may be retained for as long
     as reasonably needed for the relevant purpose, account/license
     relationship, support, security, fraud, accounting/payment,
     disputes, and legal obligations. No physical or technical system
     is absolutely secure; HizliOran applies reasonable, proportionate
     safeguards but does not guarantee zero risk.
10.9 The User may request information, access, correction, deletion,
     destruction, or anonymization to the extent provided by applicable
     law by emailing admin@hizlioran.com from the registered e-mail
     address. The detailed procedure is set out in Section 45.


11. HATA VE GUVENLIK ACIKLARININ KOTUYE KULLANIMI /
    MISUSE OF BUGS & VULNERABILITIES

13.2 Destek ve Hata Bildirim Politikasi. Resmi destek yalnizca
     Telegram ve web sitesi bilet sistemi araciligiyla

     (logs/whis_bot_*.log), ekran goruntulerini ve yeniden
     uretme adimlarini icermelidir. Duzeltmeler en iyi caba
     ilkesine baglidir; SLA saglanmaz. Bir rapor sunmak,
     duzeltme veya zaman cizelgesi garantisi vermez.
13.3 Bir lisans satin alinmasi, Kullaniciya teknik destek hizmeti alma,
     birebir yardim, VDS/cihaz kurulumu, hata inceleme, sorun giderme,
     guncelleme isteme veya belirli surede cevap alma hakki vermez.

13.1 If HizliOran provides support services, you must follow
     community guidelines. Prohibited behavior includes threats,
     harassment, offensive language, defamation, spamming,
     racism, discrimination, hate speech, sharing personal data,
     or unauthorized trading. Violations may result in penalties,
     including account suspension.
13.2 Support & Bug-Report Policy. Official support is provided
     exclusively via Telegram and the website ticket system.
     Reports should include Program version, log file
     (logs/whis_bot_*.log), screenshots, and steps to reproduce.
     Fixes are best-effort; no SLA is provided. Filing a report
     does not guarantee a fix or timeline.
13.3 Purchasing a license does not grant a contractual right to technical
     support, one-to-one assistance, VDS/device setup, investigation,
     troubleshooting, updates, or a response within a particular time.
     Voluntary support does not create a continuing obligation or course
     of dealing; mandatory law remains unaffected.
13.4 Settings, strategies, rules, explanations, or advice shared by other
     users in Telegram groups, channels, or other community spaces are not
     HizliOran's opinion, approved instruction, or guarantee. The User must
     independently verify such information before relying on it.
13.5 AI support-assistant responses are generated automatically and may be
     incomplete, incorrect, out of context, or outdated. They are not a
     warranty, professional opinion, or confirmation that an action is safe.
     The User must independently verify critical settings and actions.
     Submitting an error report, chat message, or support request does not
     guarantee review, response, or resolution. Support may be provided in
     good faith when time and resources permit.


14. PROGRAM DEGISIKLIKLERI VE HIZMET DEGISIKLIKLERI /
    PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS & SERVICE CHANGES

14.1 Emredici mevzuat sakli kalmak uzere HizliOran; Programi, API'leri,
     lisans servisini, web sitesini, Telegram erisimini veya ilgili
     Hizmetleri istedigi zaman degistirme, guncelleme, sinirlama,
     gecici olarak durdurma ya da tamamen sona erdirme hakkini sakli
     tutar. Acil guvenlik, hukuki veya operasyonel risklerde onceden
     bildirim yapilmayabilir; makul oldugu hallerde genel duyuru yapilir.

17. TAZMINAT / INDEMNIFICATION

17.1 Bu Sozlesmeyi ihlal etmenizden, Hedef Platformlarla
     etkilesiminizden veya herhangi bir kanun ya da ucuncu
     taraf hakkini ihlal etmenizden kaynaklanan herhangi bir
     iddia, zarar veya masraftan (avukatlik ucretleri dahil)
     HizliOran'u ve Programi isleten/gelistiren kisileri savunmayi,
     tazmin etmeyi ve
     zarardan korumayi kabul edersiniz.

     the persons operating/developing the Program from any claim,

18. UYGULANACAK HUKUK VE UYUSMAZLIK COZUMU /

     izin vermedigi haller icin tek ve evrensel bir hukuk/yargi yeri
     secimi yapmaz. Uygulanacak hukuk ile yetkili merci, mahkeme veya
     uyusmazlik cozum yolu; taraflar, islem, kullanim yeri ve somut olayla
     ilgili emredici mevzuat ve kanunlar ihtilafi kurallarina gore belirlenir.
     Kullanici kendi yargi alanindaki kurallara uymaktan sorumludur. Bu
     Sozlesme; emredici tuketici/veri haklarini veya kanunen kaldirilamayacak
     yetkili mercilere basvuru yollarini kaldirmaz.

18.1 This Agreement does not make a single universal choice of law or
     forum where mandatory law or conflict-of-law rules do not permit
     that choice. Applicable law and the competent authority, court, or
     dispute process are determined from the parties, transaction, place
     of use, mandatory law, and conflict-of-law rules relevant to the
     particular matter. The User remains responsible for local compliance.
     Nothing herein removes mandatory consumer/data rights or access to
     authorities and remedies that cannot legally be waived.


19. BOLUNEBILIRLIK VE FERAGAT / SEVERABILITY & WAIVER

19.1 Herhangi bir hukum uygulanamaz oldugu kabul edilirse,
     geri kalani tam olarak yururlukte kalmaya devam eder. Kanunen mumkun

     degisiklikler web sitesi, Program veya iletisim kanallari uzerinden
     duyurulabilir. Yururluk tarihinden sonra Programi kullanmaya devam
     etmek guncel metnin kabuludur; degisiklik oncesinde dogmus ve
     emredici mevzuatla korunan haklar saklidir.
20.2 Guncel surum, belgenin basindaki "Son Guncelleme" tarihinde yururluge
     girer. Makul oldugunda onemli degisiklikler icin web veya Program icinde
     yeniden acik kabul istenebilir. Degisikligi kabul etmeyen Kullanici,
     yururluk tarihinden once Programi kullanmayi birakmali ve kaldirmalidir.

20.1 HizliOran may revise this Agreement. Material changes may be
     announced through the website, Program, or communication channels.
     Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of
     the current text; accrued rights protected by mandatory law remain.
20.2 The current version takes effect on the "Last Updated" date shown at
     the beginning of this document. Where reasonably practicable, material
     changes may require renewed express acceptance on the website or in the
     Program. A User who rejects a change must stop using and uninstall the
     Program before that revision takes effect.


21. BARINDIRMA, VERI KONUMU VE HIZMET KESINTILERI /
    HOSTING, DATA LOCATION & SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

21.1 HizliOran altyapisi ucuncu taraf barindirma, ag, e-posta,
     guvenlik ve teknik hizmet saglayicilarinda calisabilir. Fiziksel
     sunucular Kullanicinin yargi alani disinda bulunabilir ve ilgili
     ulkenin hukukuna tabi olabilir.
21.2 HizliOran'un bu veri merkezleri uzerinde fiziksel kontrolu
     yoktur; el koymalar, DNS engellemeleri veya kaldirma
     talepleri, bildirim olmaksizin kismi veya tam hizmet
     kesintisine yol acabilir. Emredici mevzuat sakli kalmak uzere bu
     tur ucuncu taraf kesintileri otomatik tazminat hakki dogurmaz.
21.3 Loglar, lisans/hesap kayitlari, islem kayitlari, guvenlik/audit
     verileri ve lisansa bagli DB yedekleri tek bir sabit sureye tabi
     degildir. Ilgili amac, hesap/lisans iliskisi, destek, fraud,
     muhasebe/odeme, uyusmazlik, yedekleme ve hukuki yukumluluk icin
     makul veya kanunen gerekli sure boyunca saklanabilir; sonrasinda
     silinebilir, yok edilebilir ya da anonimlestirilebilir.

     network, e-mail, security, and technical service providers.
     Physical servers may be outside the User's jurisdiction and
     subject to the laws of the relevant country.
21.2 HizliOran lacks physical control over these data centers;
     seizures, DNS blocks, or takedown demands may lead to
     partial or complete service interruption without notice.
     Subject to mandatory law, such third-party interruptions do not
     automatically create a compensation right.
21.3 Logs, license/account records, transaction records,
     security/audit data, and license-linked DB backups do not share a
     single fixed retention period. They may be retained for as long as
     reasonably or legally needed for the purpose, account/license
     relationship, support, fraud, accounting/payment, disputes,
     backup, and legal obligations, then deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
21.4 HizliOran may disclose data it holds when required by a competent
     authority request, court order, or legal obligation and only within
     that scope. HizliOran does not guarantee anonymity against legally
     compelled disclosure.


22. KULLANICININ YASAL UYUM YUKUMLULUKLERI /
    USER'S LEGAL COMPLIANCE OBLIGATIONS

22.1 Kullanici, kendi yargi alanindaki tum gecerli ihracat,
     gumruk, vergi, AML/KYC, tuketici, cevrimici hedef faaliyet ve
     otomasyon kurallarina uymaktan tek basina sorumludur.
22.2 Kripto para veya hediye karti ile odeme yaparak Kullanici,
     fonlarin mesru bir kaynaktan geldigini ve kara para
     aklama, terorizmin finansmani veya diger yasadisi

22.3 HizliOran normal kayit akisi kapsaminda devlet tarafindan verilen
     kimlik veya vergi numarasi talep etmez. Kullanici gereksiz hassas
     verileri destek mesajlarinda paylasmamalidir. Silme talepleri 45.
     maddedeki usulle degerlendirilir; talep, kimlik ve yetki dogrulamasi
     sonrasinda uygulanabilir mevzuattaki sure icinde ve en gec 30 gun
     icinde cevaplandirilir.
22.4 Kullanici, Programi indirmenin veya kullanmanin yerel
     yazilim, otomasyon karsiti veya fikri mulkiyet
     yasalarini ihlal etmedigini bagimsiz olarak dogrulamak
     zorundadir. Ihlal ediyorsa, Kullanici Programi indirmekten
     veya kullanmaktan kacinmalidir.

22.1 The User is solely responsible for complying with all
     applicable export, customs, tax, AML/KYC, consumer, and
     online-gaming/sports laws in their own jurisdiction.
22.2 By paying in cryptocurrency or gift cards, the User
     warrants that the funds come from a legitimate source and
     are not derived from money laundering, terrorism financing,
     or other illicit activities.
22.3 HizliOran does not request government IDs or tax numbers in the
     ordinary registration flow. Users must not include unnecessary
     sensitive data in support messages. Deletion requests are handled
     under Section 45 and answered, after identity and authority
     verification, within the period required by applicable law and no
     later than 30 days.
22.4 The User must independently verify that downloading or
     using the Program does not violate local software,
     anti-automation, or intellectual-property laws. If it does,
     the User must refrain from downloading or using the
     Program.


23. MUCBIR SEBEP / FORCE MAJEURE

23.1 HizliOran; duzenleyici islemler, kaldirmalar, kesintiler,
     DDoS, savas, dogal afetler veya barindirma saglayicilari
     ve aglarin arizalari dahil olmak uzere makul kontrolu
     disindaki olaylar nedeniyle herhangi bir gecikme veya

     perform due to events beyond its reasonable control,
     including regulatory actions, takedowns, outages, DDoS,
     war, natural disasters, or failures of hosting providers

     publicly accessible web APIs and websockets; the User
     accepts that any platform may change its API at any time
     and break Program functionality.

30.3 By using the Program, you agree that HizliOran is not liable
     for defending, responding to, or compensating for any such
     third-party actions.

     sistemleri, captcha'lar veya platform tarafi analitikleri

33.3 Responsibility for detection, account bans, or penalties
     lies solely with the User.


34. PLATFORMLARLA ILISKI YOKTUR /
    NO ASSOCIATION WITH PLATFORMS

34.1 HizliOran, herhangi bir Hedef Platform ile baglantisi, onayi
     veya ortakligi olmayan bagimsiz bir proje/marka adidir.
34.2 Tum ticari markalar, logolar ve platform isimleri ilgili
     sahiplerine aittir.
34.3 Programi kullanarak, HizliOran'un platform politikalari,
     yasaklamalari veya yaptirimi konusunda sorumlulugu
     olmadigini kabul edersiniz.

     uygulanacak hukukla ilgili yukumlulukler tam olarak

     obligations relating to indemnification, disclaimers,
     liability limitations, and governing law shall remain

     refund.
36.3 Complaints from third parties regarding feature abuse
     will be investigated. Evidence (screenshots, logs) may be
     required.


37. COKLU HESAP POLITIKASI / MULTI-ACCOUNT POLICY

37.1 Her Kullaniciya HizliOran Hizmetlerinde yalnizca bir (1)
     hesap izin verilir.
37.2 Yasaklamalari atlatmak, ucretsiz denemeleri kotuye
     kullanmak veya promosyonlari istismar etmek icin birden
     fazla hesap olusturmak kesinlikle yasaktir.
37.3 HizliOran; tek takdir yetkisiyle ve iadesiz olarak

37.2 Creating multiple accounts to bypass bans, abuse free

38. HWID SIFIRLAMA POLITIKASI / HWID RESET POLICY

38.1 Licenses are bound to a hardware identifier (HWID). Users
     are granted a limited number of free HWID resets depending
     on package (Daily: 0, Weekly: 1, Monthly: 1, 3-Month: 1,
     6-Month: 2, Yearly: 2, Lifetime: 3).
38.2 HWID resets are intended for legitimate hardware changes
     only (e.g., new PC, hardware upgrade, VDS migration).
38.3 Excessive or suspicious HWID reset requests may be denied
     or may result in license suspension.
38.4 Additional HWID resets are available via the HWID Reset
     packages on https://hizlioran.com.


39. HESAP BAKIYESI VE KREDILER / ACCOUNT BALANCE & CREDITS

39.1 Kullanicilar, onaylanmis odeme yontemleri araciligiyla
     HizliOran hesabina bakiye ekleyebilir.
39.2 Hesap bakiyesi hesaplar arasinda devredilemez ve nakit
     olarak cekilemez.
39.3 Bakiye yalnizca HizliOran platformunda sunulan lisanslari
     veya HWID sifirlama hizmetlerini satin almak icin
     kullanilabilir.
39.4 Kullanilmamis bakiye, guvenlik, chargeback, sahtekarlik veya hesap
     ihlali incelemesi sirasinda dondurulabilir. Bakiyenin nihai durumu
     islem kayitlari, bu Sozlesme ve emredici mevzuata gore belirlenir;
     kanunen vazgecilemeyen haklar saklidir.

     approved payment methods.
39.2 Account balance is non-transferable between accounts and
     cannot be withdrawn as cash.
39.3 Balance may be used only to purchase licenses or HWID reset
     services offered on the HizliOran platform.
39.4 Unused balance may be frozen during a security, chargeback,
     fraud, or account-violation review. Its final treatment is
     determined under transaction records, this Agreement, and
     mandatory law; non-waivable rights remain unaffected.
39.5 HizliOran is not responsible for unauthorized use of your
     account balance due to compromised credentials.


40. LISANS SURESI VE SONA ERME / LICENSE DURATION & EXPIRATION

40.1 Lisanslar gunluk, haftalik, aylik, 3 aylik, 6 aylik, yillik ve
     lifetime gibi paketlerde sunulabilir. Gecerli fiyat, para birimi,
     indirim ve kesin sure satin alma ekraninda ve islem onayinda
     belirtilen degerdir.
40.2 Sureli lisanslar aktivasyondan hemen sonra baslar ve
     otomatik olarak sona erer; hatirlatma saglanmaz.
40.3 Suresi dolmus lisanslar geriye donuk olarak uzatilamaz;
     yeni bir satin alma gereklidir.
40.4 "Lifetime" lisanslar, HizliOran Programi desteklemeye devam
     ettigi surece gecerli kalir; HizliOran sinirsiz destek
     garanti etmez.
40.5 Hedef Platform guncellemeleri, anti-bot degisiklikleri veya
     Programin durdurulmasi lisansi kullanilamaz hale getirebilir.
     Emredici mevzuat ve vazgecilemez tuketici haklari sakli kalmak
     uzere bu ucuncu taraf/teknik nedenler otomatik iade hakki dogurmaz.

40.1 Licenses may be offered as daily, weekly, monthly, three-month,
     six-month, yearly, lifetime, or other packages. The price,
     currency, discount, and exact duration shown at checkout and in
     the transaction confirmation govern the purchase.
40.2 Time-limited licenses begin immediately upon activation
     and expire automatically; no reminder is provided.
40.3 Expired licenses cannot be extended retroactively; a new
     purchase is required.
40.4 "Lifetime" licenses remain valid as long as HizliOran
     continues to support the Program; HizliOran does not
     guarantee indefinite support.
40.5 Target Platform updates, anti-bot changes, or discontinuation of
     the Program may render a license unusable. Subject to mandatory
     law and non-waivable consumer rights, such third-party/technical
     causes do not automatically create a refund right.


41. ITIRAZ SURECI / APPEAL PROCESS

41.2 Appeals must include: username/HWID, reason for appeal,
     and any supporting evidence.

     decisions are final.
41.4 False or misleading information in an appeal may result in
     permanent ban without further appeal rights.
41.5 HizliOran is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for
     bans or suspensions.


42. OTOMATIK ERISIM VE API KISITLAMALARI /
    AUTOMATED ACCESS & API RESTRICTIONS

42.1 Kullanicilar, onceden yazili izin almaksizin HizliOran
     Hizmetlerine (hizlioran.com, lisans sunucusu, vb.) erismek
     icin botlar, script'ler, crawler'lar veya otomatik
     araclar kullanamaz.
42.2 HizliOran API'lerini, kimlik dogrulama sistemlerini veya
     lisans sunucularini istismar etmeye, asiri yuklemeye veya
     tersine muhendislige tabi tutmaya calismak kesinlikle
     yasaktir.

42.2 Attempting to exploit, overload, or reverse-engineer

42.3 Violations may result in immediate termination and
     potential legal action.


43. SISTEM GEREKSINIMLERI VE UYUMLULUK /
    SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS & COMPATIBILITY

43.1 Program; dogru sekilde calismak icin belirli bagimliliklar
     (Visual C++ Redistributable 2015-2022 x64, Google Chrome,
     Windows 10 1809+ veya Windows 11) gerektirir.
43.2 HizliOran; tum donanim, isletim sistemi veya yazilim
     yapilandirmalari ile uyumlulugu garanti etmez.
43.3 Kullanicilar; sistemlerinin kurulum kilavuzunda
     (kullanim_klavuzu.txt) veya vds_setup.bat ciktisinda
     listelenen gereksinimleri karsiladigindan emin olmaktan
     sorumludur.
43.4 Desteklenmeyen sistemler veya bagimliliklarin
     yuklenememesi nedeniyle olusan uyumsuzluk sorunlari icin
     iade yapilmayacaktir.

43.1 The Program requires specific dependencies (Visual C++
     Redistributable 2015-2022 x64, Google Chrome, Windows 10
     1809+ or Windows 11) to function correctly.
43.2 HizliOran does not guarantee compatibility with all hardware,
     operating systems, or software configurations.
43.3 Users are responsible for ensuring their system meets the
     requirements listed in the installation guide
     (kullanim_klavuzu.txt) or vds_setup.bat output.
43.4 No refund will be issued for incompatibility issues due to
     unsupported systems or failure to install dependencies.


44. KULLANICI SORUMLULUGU, TAZMIN VE DELIL KAYITLARI /
    USER RESPONSIBILITY, INDEMNITY & EVIDENCE RECORDS

44.1 Kullanici; Programi yalnizca kendi iradesiyle, kendi riskleriyle,
     kendi hesabina ve kendi sorumlulugunda kullandigini kabul eder.
44.2 Kullanici; bulundugu ulkede/yargi alaninda, hedef platformlarda
     ve kullandigi hesaplarda Programi kullanmasinin yasal ve
     sozlesmesel olarak uygun olup olmadigini kontrol etmekten tek
     basina sorumludur.
44.2A Kullanici; tabi oldugu tum emredici kurallari arastirmak, gerekirse
     bagimsiz ve yetkili bir hukuk uzmanina danismak ve buna gore hareket
     etmekle sorumludur. HizliOran herhangi bir hukuki gorus, avukatlik
     hizmeti veya mevzuata uygunluk garantisi vermez.
44.2B Gelistirici'nin sorumlulugu, Kullanici'nin acik talebi
     dogrultusunda yalnizca teknik nitelikte otomasyon yaziliminin
     gelistirilmesi, teslim edilmesi ve varsa teknik destek saglanmasi
     ile sinirlidir. Yazilimin hangi amacla, hangi platformlarda,
     hangi hesaplarla, ne sekilde ve hangi kapsamda kullanilacagina
     iliskin tum karar, tercih ve fiili kullanim Kullaniciya aittir.
     Bu kullanimdan dogabilecek her turlu hukuki, idari, mali, cezai
     ve sozlesmesel sorumluluk munhasiran Kullaniciya aittir.
44.3 HizliOran; Kullanici tarafindan yapilan islemlerden, hedef
     platform kararlarindan, hesap kapatma/kisitlama/ban
     yaptirimlarindan, dondurulan bakiyelerden, cekilemeyen
     kazaclardan, kayiplardan, kar beklentisinin gerceklesmemesinden
     veya kullanicinin ucuncu taraf kurallarini ihlal etmesinden
     sorumlu tutulamaz.
44.4 Kullanici; Programi kullanmasi, yanlis/eksik bilgi vermesi,
     ucuncu taraf kurallarini ihlal etmesi veya hukuka aykiri
     kullanimda bulunmasi nedeniyle HizliOran, gelistirici, destek
     ekibi, is ortaklari veya temsilcileri aleyhine dogabilecek her
     turlu talep, zarar, masraf, idari/hukuki/cezai surec ve ucuncu
     taraf iddiasindan HizliOran'i sorumlu tutmayacagini; bu kapsamdaki
     zarar ve masraflari tazmin edecegini kabul eder.
44.5 HizliOran tarafindan sunulan destek, guncelleme veya hata duzeltme
     cabalari iyi niyetli teknik destek niteligindedir; garanti,
     kazanc taahhudu, kesintisiz hizmet taahhudu veya hedef platform

44.1 The User agrees that the Program is used voluntarily, at the
     User's own risk, for the User's own account, and under the User's
     sole responsibility.
44.2 The User is solely responsible for verifying whether using the
     Program is legal and contractually permitted in the User's
     jurisdiction, on Target Platforms, and for the accounts used.
44.2A The User is responsible for identifying all applicable mandatory
     rules, obtaining independent advice from a qualified legal professional
     where necessary, and acting accordingly. HizliOran does not provide
     legal advice, attorney services, or any guarantee of legal compliance.
44.2B The developer's responsibility is limited to developing,
     delivering, and, where applicable, technically supporting
     automation software of a technical nature upon the User's express
     request. All decisions, preferences, and actual use regarding the
     purpose, platforms, accounts, method, and scope of use belong to
     the User. Any legal, administrative, financial, criminal, and
     contractual responsibility arising from such use belongs
     exclusively to the User.
44.3 HizliOran shall not be held responsible for User actions, Target
     Platform decisions, account closure/restriction/ban sanctions,
     frozen balances, unavailable withdrawals, losses, unmet profit
     expectations, or the User's violation of third-party rules.
44.4 The User agrees not to hold HizliOran, the developer, support
     staff, partners, or representatives responsible for any claim,
     loss, cost, administrative/legal/criminal process, or third-party
     allegation arising from the User's use of the Program, false or
     incomplete statements, violation of third-party rules, or unlawful
     use; and agrees to indemnify HizliOran for such losses and costs.
44.5 Support, updates, or bug-fix efforts provided by HizliOran are
     good-faith technical assistance only; they are not a warranty,
     profit promise, continuous service promise, or promise to prevent
     Target Platform sanctions.
44.6 Registration, agreement checkbox acceptance, purchases, license
     activation, IP, user-agent, device/HWID, and related transaction
     records may be stored by HizliOran to prove User acceptance and
     transaction history, and may be used as evidence in disputes.
44.7 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the
     remaining provisions remain effective. HizliOran's liability is
     limited to the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law.


45. VERI KAYITLARI, SILME TALEBI VE SEFFAFLIK /
    DATA RECORDS, DELETION REQUESTS & TRANSPARENCY

45.1 HizliOran; uyelik, lisans, satin alma, bakiye/deposit, destek,
     hata raporu, lisans aktivasyonu, cihaz/HWID, IP adresi,
     user-agent/tarayici, Program surumu, oturum/cevrimici durum,
     Telegram hesap eslesmesi, islem zamani, sozlesme onayi ve
     guvenlik/audit kayitlarini hizmeti saglamak, lisans ihlallerini
     onlemek, destek vermek, odeme/islem gecmisini dogrulamak ve
     uyusmazlik halinde delil olusturmak icin isleyebilir.
45.2 Lisans dogrulamasi sonrasinda otomatik yuklenen yerel DB yedegi;
     hedef platform kullanici adi/sifresi, e-posta ve uygulama parolasi,
     Telegram token/chat bilgisi, cookie/oturum verisi, oran kurallari,
     islem gecmisi, cuzdan adresi ve ozellik kullaniliyorsa
     seed/private-key gibi hassas alanlari icerebilir. Bu veri akisi
     yedekleme, kurtarma, destek, gelecekteki senkronizasyon, lisans ve
     guvenlik amaclariyla gerceklestirilir.
45.3 Hata Raporla veya destek kanallari uzerinden Kullanici tarafindan
     gonderilen log, ekran goruntusu, sistem bilgisi ve benzeri teknik
     veriler hata inceleme, guvenlik, kalite iyilestirme, destek ve
     uyusmazlik yonetimi amaclariyla islenebilir. Kullanici bu kanallarda
     gereksiz parola, OTP, seed veya benzeri sir paylasmamalidir.
45.4 Kullanici; verilerinin islenip islenmedigini ogrenme, bilgi ve
     kopya talep etme, eksik/yanlis veriyi duzeltme, uygulanabilir
     mevzuat kapsaminda silme, yok etme, anonimlestirme veya islemenin
     sinirlandirilmasini isteme haklarini kullanabilir.
45.5 Bilgi, iletisim, sorun, veri silme veya uyeligin kalici silinmesi
     talebi; HizliOran hesabina kayitli e-posta adresinden
     admin@hizlioran.com adresine gonderilmelidir. Talepte kullanici adi
     ve talebin kapsami bulunmalidir. HizliOran kimlik, hesap sahipligi
     ve talep yetkisini dogrulamak icin ek bilgi isteyebilir.
45.6 Usulune uygun talep, uygulanabilir mevzuat uyarinca mumkun olan en
     kisa surede ve en gec 30 gun icinde cevaplandirilir. Talebin yerine
     getirilmesi hukuken veya teknik olarak mumkun degilse ya da tamamen
     yerine getirilemiyorsa, gerekce ve kullanilabilecek basvuru yollari
     ilgili mevzuatin gerektirdigi olcude bildirilir.
45.7 Silme talebi sonrasinda hesap ve aktif kullanim verileri silinebilir,
     pasife alinabilir, yok edilebilir veya anonimlestirilebilir. Odeme,
     lisans, guvenlik, fraud/multi-accounting, audit, yedek, uyusmazlik,
     muhasebe veya hukuki yukumluluk kayitlari hukuken gerekli ya da
     olculu delil saklama ihtiyaci devam ettigi surece korunabilir.
45.8 Yedeklerdeki veriler teknik dongu ve saklama takvimi icinde
     silinir veya uzerine yazilir; aktif sistemden silinen verinin her
     yedek kopyadan aninda fiziksel olarak kaldirilmasi garanti edilmez.
     Yedek veriler olağan isletim icin yeniden kullanilmaz ve erisimleri
     sinirli tutulur; hukuki veya guvenlik geregi saklama ayridir.
45.9 Hesap silme; aktif lisans, bakiye, destek, indirme/guncelleme,
     Telegram toplulugu, davet/referans ve diger Hizmet erisimlerinin
     sona ermesiyle sonuclanabilir. Emredici mevzuat sakli kalmak uzere
     silme talebi tek basina otomatik iade hakki dogurmaz.
45.10 HizliOran, makul teknik ve idari tedbirler uygular; ancak internet,
      barindirma, kullanici cihazi ve ucuncu taraf sistemlerinden kaynakli
      riskler nedeniyle mutlak gizlilik veya sifir ihlal garantisi vermez.
45.11 Kisisel verilerin kanuna aykiri yollarla elde edildiginin tespit

45.1 HizliOran may process registration, licensing, purchases,
     balance/deposits, support, error reports, license activation,
     device/HWID, IP address, user-agent/browser, Program version,
     session/online status, Telegram-account linkage, timestamps,
     agreement acceptance, and security/audit records to provide the
     Service, prevent abuse, support users, verify transactions, and
     preserve evidence in disputes.
45.2 The local DB backup automatically uploaded after license
     validation may contain Target Platform usernames/passwords,
     e-mail addresses and app passwords, Telegram tokens/chat data,
     cookies/session data, rules, transaction history, wallet addresses,
     and, where enabled, seed/private-key material. This flow supports
     backup, recovery, support, future synchronization, licensing, and
     security purposes.
45.3 Logs, screenshots, system information, and similar technical data
     submitted by the User through Error Report or support channels may
     be processed for troubleshooting, security, quality improvement,
     support, and dispute management. Users must not include unnecessary
     passwords, OTPs, seeds, or similar secrets in those channels.
45.4 The User may ask whether data is processed, request information
     and a copy, correct incomplete/inaccurate data, and request
     deletion, destruction, anonymization, or restriction to the extent
     provided by applicable law.
45.5 Requests for information, contact, problems, data deletion, or
     permanent account deletion must be emailed to
     admin@hizlioran.com from the address registered to the HizliOran
     account. The username and scope must be included. HizliOran may
     request more information to verify identity, ownership, and authority.
45.6 A valid request is answered as soon as practicable and no later
     than 30 days, as required by applicable law. If performance is
     legally or technically impossible or incomplete, the reason and
     available remedies are provided to the extent legally required.
45.7 Following a deletion request, account and active-use data may be
     deleted, deactivated, destroyed, or anonymized. Payment, license,
     security, fraud/multi-accounting, audit, backup, dispute,
     accounting, or legal-obligation records may remain while legally
     required or proportionately needed as evidence.
45.8 Backup data is deleted or overwritten during the applicable
     technical cycle and retention schedule; immediate physical removal
     from every backup copy is not guaranteed. Backup data is not
     restored for ordinary use, access remains restricted, and legal or
     security retention obligations remain reserved.
45.9 Account deletion may terminate active licenses, balance, support,
     download/update access, Telegram community access, referrals, and
     other Services. Subject to mandatory law, deletion alone does not
     automatically create a refund right.
45.10 HizliOran applies reasonable technical and administrative
      safeguards but does not guarantee absolute confidentiality or
      zero breach risk across the internet, hosting, User devices, and
      third-party systems.
45.11 If personal data is determined to have been obtained unlawfully,
      notice will be provided to competent authorities and affected
      persons within the scope, method, and time required by applicable
      mandatory law. This clause does not require an unverified or
      misleading notice before the nature and impact of an incident can
      reasonably be assessed.


46. EK SORUMLULUK REDDI VE SORUMLU KULLANIM UYARISI /

46.1 HizliOran Bot; Kullanici'nin acik talebi

     dondurulan bakiyelerden, cekilemeyen kazanclardan veya ucuncu

     kullanicinin amacini onayladigi, tesvik ettigi, yonlendirdigi veya
     sonuclarini ustlendigi anlamina gelmez. Yazilimin hangi amacla,
     hangi platformlarda, hangi hesaplarla, ne sekilde ve hangi
     kapsamda kullanilacagina iliskin tum karar, tercih ve fiili
     kullanim Kullaniciya aittir.
46.4 Kullanici; emredici mevzuatla sinirlandirilamayan hak ve
     sorumluluklar sakli kalmak uzere Programi kullanarak dogabilecek
     tum maddi, manevi,
     dogrudan, dolayli, ozel, arizi ve sonuc niteligindeki zararlari
     kendi risk alaninda kabul eder; Gelistiriciye karsi bu sebeplerle
     bu risklerden Gelistiriciyi sorumlu tutmayacagini kabul eder.
46.5 Yuksek riskli finansal faaliyetler ciddi kayba ve zararli veya
     zorlayici kullanim aliskanliklarina yol acabilir. Kaybetmeyi goze
     alamayacaginiz para ya da varliklari riske atmayin. Kullanim size
     veya cevrinize zarar veriyorsa bulundugunuz yerdeki yetkili saglik,
     danisma veya profesyonel destek kanallarina basvurun.
46.6 Kullanici; hedef platformlarin kullanim kosullarini, bulundugu

     arastirmaktan tek basina sorumludur.

     delivered solely as technical automation software upon the User's
     express request. The developer has no organic, commercial, or
     operational partnership with Target Platforms, third-party operators,
     or the User's actual transactions.
46.2 Subject to mandatory law and the developer's intentional
     misconduct or gross negligence, the developer is not responsible
     for the
     platform, account, transactions, User behavior,
     financial losses, administrative fines, legal/administrative
     proceedings, account closure/ban/restriction sanctions, frozen
     balances, unavailable withdrawals, or third-party claims arising
     from User use of the Program.
46.3 The fact that the Program was developed on request does not mean
     the developer approves, encourages, directs, or assumes the User's
     purpose or consequences. All decisions, preferences, and actual
     use regarding the purpose, platforms, accounts, method, and scope
     of use belong to the User.
46.4 Subject to rights and liabilities that cannot be limited by
     mandatory law, by using the Program the User accepts all material,
     direct, indirect, special, incidental, and consequential damages
     as part of the User's own risk area and agrees not to hold the
     developer responsible for those risks.
46.5 High-risk financial activity may cause serious loss and harmful or
     compulsive patterns of use. Do not risk money or assets you cannot
     afford to lose. If use is harming you or others, contact an appropriate
     local health, counselling, or professional-support service.
46.6 The User is solely responsible for researching Target Platform
     terms, local law and any special legislation applicable to the
     target activity, tax/financial obligations, and third-party
     account rules.
46.7 Installing, running, activating a license key, or continuing to
     use the Program means unconditional acceptance of the entire
     Agreement, including this additional disclaimer. If you do not
     agree, delete and stop using the Program immediately.
46.8 Risks stated herein are illustrative and non-exhaustive. The nature of
     automation, its dependence on third-party systems, and evolving technology
     may create risks that are unknown or not reasonably foreseeable today.
     Subject to non-waivable rights and mandatory rules concerning intentional
     misconduct or gross negligence, the User accepts all disclosed and
     undisclosed residual risks as part of the User's own risk area.
46.9 The price purchases only a Program license. It does not purchase a managed
     service, professional advice, custody, payment service, human supervision,
     uninterrupted operation, warranty, insurance, indemnification, or any
     particular result. Voluntary support or a past fix does not create a duty
     to provide the same assistance in the future.

     credential stuffing, SIM-swap, e-posta/OTP devralma, keylogger, malware,

47.6 Cihaz ve altyapi riski: elektrik, internet, ISP, proxy/VPN, firewall,
     antivirus, saat/tarih, disk, RAM, CPU, GPU, anakart, surucu, Windows,
     tarayici, Python/Nuitka, kutuphane, sertifika, dosya izinleri, VDS/VM,
     kaynak yetersizligi, veri bozulmasi, kilitlenme, crash, yeniden baslatma,
     guncelleme veya uyumsuzluk nedeniyle kesinti ya da yanlis islem; kurulum
     yardimcisinin Defender/firewall/antivirus/EDR korumalarini degistirmesi,
     istisna eklemesi veya devre disi birakmasi nedeniyle artan saldiri yuzeyi.
47.7 Ucuncu taraf riski: Hedef Platform, odeme saglayicisi, banka/borsa/cuzdan,
     blokzincir servisi, e-posta/SMS/Telegram, captcha/Cloudflare, API/WAMP/RPC,
     DNS/CDN/hosting, kisa link ve diger saglayicilarin hata, kesinti, veri
     degisikligi, guvenlik olayi, limit, fiyat, kural veya hizmet sonlandirmasi.
47.8 Hukuki ve platform riski: otomasyonun veya hedef faaliyetin mevcut ya da
     gelecekteki kanun, duzenleme, vergi, AML/KYC, yaptirim, platform sartlari
     veya yerel kurallarla sinirlanmasi/yasaklanmasi; hesap/HWID/IP/device bani,
     bakiye dondurma, kazanc/cekimin reddi, veri veya belge talebi, idari/adli/
     cezai surec ve ucuncu taraf talepleri.
47.9 Lisans, guvenlik ve urun yasam dongusu riski: lisans/API/update/hosting

47.10 Kullanici ve ucuncu kisi riski: yanlis hesap, parola, e-posta, kural,
      stake, bakiye, zamanlama, site, domain, cuzdan, adres, ag veya cihaz ayari;
      ortak cihaz/hesap, yetkisiz erisim, talimatlarin okunmamasi, izlemenin

47.1 The following categories are illustrative disclosures, not a complete or
     closed list. Similar, related, combined, cascading, unknown, and future
     risks are included within the same acceptance of risk.
47.2 Automation and Target-Platform transaction risks include late, wrong,
     or incomplete offer
     detection; mistaking test, closed, stale, or ordinary offers for special
     odds; the wrong event, league, sport, market, selection, odds, stake,
     account, or site; skipped or misapplied rules or limits; and no, late,
     partial, excessive, repeated, irreversible, or unintended actions due to
     rounding, retry, queueing, timing, or concurrency.
47.3 Data, analysis, and notification risks include inaccurate, incomplete,
     delayed, or invalid fixture identity, participants, start time, score,
     regulation/extra-time/penalty treatment, settlement, market semantics,
     language/characters, normal-odds product, boost, last-leg, hedge/cross odds,
     stake, or guaranteed-return calculations; and missing, delayed, duplicate,
     or misleading Telegram, GUI, or log notices.
47.4 Funds and crypto risks include wrong, insufficient, excessive, or repeated
     transfers; wrong address, currency, asset, token contract, network,
     memo/tag, decimals, rate, fee, or gas; volatility, liquidity, slippage,
     chain forks/reorgs, node/indexer failures, fake tokens, AML/KYC/sanctions/
     fraud controls, holds, non-crediting, and irreversible asset loss.
47.5 Account, identity, and cybersecurity risks include compromise of domains,
     subdomains, DNS/registrars, short links, redirects, hosting/CDNs, TLS, or
     third-party accounts; phishing/clones, supply-chain attacks, malicious
     updates, credential stuffing, SIM swaps, e-mail/OTP takeover, keyloggers,
     malware, remote desktop/VDS/local DB/backup leaks; and theft of passwords,
     cookies, tokens, sessions, seeds, private keys, accounts, or assets.
47.6 Device and infrastructure risks include electricity, internet/ISP,
     proxy/VPN, firewall, antivirus, clock, disk, RAM, CPU/GPU, motherboard,
     drivers, Windows, browser, Python/Nuitka, libraries, certificates, file
     permissions, VDS/VM, resource exhaustion, corruption, hangs, crashes,
     restarts, updates, or incompatibility causing interruption or wrong action;
     and an installer changing, excluding, or disabling Defender, firewall,
     antivirus, or EDR protections and thereby increasing the attack surface.
47.7 Third-party risks include errors, outages, data changes, security events,
     limits, prices, rules, or termination by Target Platforms, payment
     providers, banks/exchanges/wallets, blockchain services, e-mail/SMS/
     Telegram, captcha/Cloudflare, API/WAMP/RPC, DNS/CDN/hosting, short-link,
     and other providers.
47.8 Legal and platform risks include present or future restrictions or bans
     under law, regulation, tax, AML/KYC, sanctions, platform terms, or local
     rules; account/HWID/IP/device bans, frozen balances, refused winnings or
     withdrawals, requests for data/documents, administrative/civil/criminal
     proceedings, and third-party claims.
47.9 License, security, and lifecycle risks include license/API/update/hosting
     outages, false-positive security controls, obsolete versions, regressions,
     installation/update/build failures, data or compatibility loss, and the
     temporary or permanent end of support, updates, features, services,
     community access, or the Program.
47.10 User and third-party risks include incorrect accounts, passwords, e-mail,
      rules, stakes, balances, schedules, sites, domains, wallets, addresses,
      networks, or device settings; shared devices/accounts, unauthorized
      access, unread instructions, missing supervision, excessive balances,
      or failure to use available risk limits.
47.11 Before use, the User must independently assess these risks against the
      User's financial, technical, legal, and operational circumstances; test
      only with limited funds the User can afford to lose and separate accounts/
      wallets; monitor every action; and immediately stop on any anomaly.
47.12 To the maximum extent legally waivable, consequences and losses from
      these risks remain within the User's risk area. Mandatory law,
      non-waivable consumer/data rights, and rules concerning intentional
      misconduct or gross negligence remain reserved; this Agreement does not
      remove remedies that cannot legally be removed.
